As we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ll focus not just on your physical health but also your mental well-being. During this challenge we’ll discuss the importance of mental health and wellness screenings, treatment, and availability to all who need it.

Start your week on the "right foot" in this 25-minute class as you perform two 10-minute fast segments with a brief recovery between them. We turn our focus inward with a Teammate community discussion focusing on how to improve and maintain our mental well-being.

TUESDAYS:

πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½ Cardio Community Walk 25

As you perform four 5-minute fast segments with a brief recovery between them, our mental wellness discussion centers on an atmosphere of positivity.

WEDNESDAYS:

πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½ Rhyming Ramble 25

A fun 25-minute game class! As you move at your cardio pace of choice, we'll play a rhyming word game that's sure to keep you guessing.

THURSDAYS:

πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½ Max Intervals Walk 25

You have six max-paced intervals to work through in this class, with a minute of medium-paced recovery time between them. As you persevere with your cardio, we'll discuss ways to keep your head up with your mental outlook as well.
