Back To Yoga Basics

Let's begin at the beginning! In this 4-week yoga workshop, we will explore 8 types of poses. We will move into and out of the pose and find what works best for YOUR body with variations to accommodate and to challenge. Learn to love your body for where it is at while you improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and body awareness. 

Gain confidence and knowledge on how YOUR body moves, and by the end you will have a great foundation whether you are new to yoga or someone who wants to understand how these poses work for YOUR body.
