DAY 3 — Release and Let Go
This 2:1 interval walk uses two minutes of purposeful movement followed by one minute of recovery to support a physical and emotional sense of release. As you shift between effort and ease, you’ll be guided to let go of stories, patterns, or lingering weight that no longer serves who you’re becoming. Expect a cleansing, spacious class that helps you exhale old tension, reconnect with your breath, and create room within yourself for renewal.
