This uplifting Tabata-style walk guides you through short bursts of energetic walking followed by recovery intervals, creating a playful rhythm that pairs perfectly with today’s theme of celebrating the joys of your year. As your body warms and your breath deepens, you’ll be invited to recall moments of joy, connection, and inner strength — the real, imperfect, heart-opening memories that made you smile from the inside out. Reflect on the Hard Stuff
In this reflective Pyramid Walk, you’ll move through intervals that gradually build in intensity and then ease back down, mirroring the rise and fall of a challenging year. As your body finds its pace, you’ll gently explore the difficult moments, disappointments, and emotional weight you may still be carrying, all through the lens of compassion rather than judgment. Expect a thoughtful blend of steady effort and soft awareness — a class designed to help you honor your resilience while giving your mind and body space to process the hard stuff.
Release and Let Go
This 2:1 interval walk uses two minutes of purposeful movement followed by one minute of recovery to support a physical and emotional sense of release. As you shift between effort and ease, you’ll be guided to let go of stories, patterns, or lingering weight that no longer serves who you’re becoming. Expect a cleansing, spacious class that helps you exhale old tension, reconnect with your breath, and create room within yourself for renewal.
