MondayS
Pushup Strength 25

This class is built around the pushup as the primary strength focus. After a warm-up, you’ll complete your first recorded set of pushups, then move through supporting exercises designed to build the strength needed for better pushups. You’ll return to the pushup for a second and third recorded set in the middle and at the end of class, tracking your reps or variation each time.

Deadlift Strength 25

This class centers on the deadlift as the main lift of the day. After warming up, you’ll complete a recorded set of deadlifts, followed by supporting exercises that reinforce hip hinge mechanics and strength. You’ll return to the deadlift for a second and third recorded set in the middle and at the end of class, tracking reps and weight along the way.

Side Plank Strength 25

This class focuses on the side plank as the primary exercise. After a warm-up, you’ll complete your first recorded side plank set, then move through supporting exercises that build lateral core strength and stability. You’ll return to the side plank in the middle and at the end of class for your second and third recorded sets, tracking time or reps.

Squat Strength 25

This class uses the squat as the main strength movement. After warming up, you’ll complete your first recorded squat set, followed by supporting exercises that help build strength and control. You’ll return to the squat for a second and third recorded set in the middle and at the end of class, tracking reps and weight or variation.

Overhead Strength 25

This class is centered on overhead pressing as the primary strength focus. After a warm-up, you’ll complete your first recorded overhead set, then move through exercises that support shoulder strength and stability. You’ll return to the overhead movement in the middle and at the end of class for your second and third recorded sets, tracking reps and weight.

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY DAY

This day focuses on improving flexibility and joint mobility to support the strength work you’re doing throughout the week. Expect gentle movement, stretching, and mobility exercises designed to help your body move more freely and recover from training.

SundayS
ACTIVE RECOVERY DAY

This day is about keeping the body moving while allowing it to recover. Light, low-intensity movement helps increase circulation, reduce stiffness, and prepare you for the upcoming week of strength training.

Official Challenge Rules – Start With Strength

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Overview

The Start With Strength Challenge (“Challenge”) is a 3-week fitness challenge hosted by The Next Fitness Thing, Inc. (“TNFT”). Participants earn points by completing daily activities as outlined below. The Challenge is intended for informational and recreational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, you represent that you are physically able to participate in exercise and have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider if necessary.

3. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on April 6, 2026 and runs for three (3) consecutive weeks. All journals must be submitted by April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

4. How to Participate

Participants may earn up to four (4) points per day by completing the following activities: Journal (1 point): Record reps, weight, and exercise variations in the provided training journal. Take Class (1 point): Complete the scheduled class for the day, including Strength 25 classes, Flexibility & Mobility Day, or Active Recovery Day. Social Post (1 point): Share a public post or story on Instagram or Facebook related to the Challenge and tag @thenextfitnessthing. Posts in private groups do not qualify. Discord Participation (1 point): Respond to the daily prompt in the designated Challenge channel on Discord. Points are limited to one (1) per category per day and may not be carried over.

5. Tracking and Submission

Participants are responsible for accurately tracking their activity using the provided training journal. Participants may either: Complete the journal online (which will automatically record progress), or Submit a completed journal via the submission form at:https://thenextfitnessthing.com/strength All submissions must be received by April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time to be eligible.

6. Winner Selection and Prize

The participant with the highest total number of points at the end of the Challenge will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by random drawing from among the tied participants. The winner will receive: One (1) TNFT workout towel Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. TNFT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully within the community, including on social media and Discord. TNFT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other adverse effects. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Challenge and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Next Fitness Thing, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Challenge.

9. Medical Disclaimer

The information and instruction provided in this Challenge are not intended as medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

10. Publicity Release

By participating and posting content using the designated tag, participants grant TNFT permission to use, reproduce, and share such content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. California Notice

This Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those of the State of California. For California residents: You waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, which if known would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor.

12. Modification and Termination

TNFT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason, including if the Challenge is not capable of running as planned.

13. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Challenge, you agree to these Official Rules.
