Everyday habits can easily fall out of sync when schedules change or life gets busy. This challenge gives you a reason to pause, pay attention to your days, and practice the habits that help you feel more grounded.

You will use the same scorecard throughout the challenge, giving you a simple way to notice your choices and create greater consistency over time.

Challenge Instructions

Aim to complete each habit five days per week.

Each time you complete a habit, mark off one corresponding symbol on your scorecard. The goal is to complete each of the five habits on five days during each week of the challenge.

SLEEP

Mark one moon when you get the amount of sleep you personally need to feel rested and supported for the day ahead. Your sleep needs may be different from someone else’s, so choose a realistic goal that works for you.

SELF-CARE

Mark one heart when you intentionally set aside time to care for yourself. This should be a specific activity rather than something that happens as part of your usual responsibilities.

exercise

Mark one dumbbell when you complete at least 25 minutes of intentional physical activity. This could include a TNFT class, walking, strength training, cycling, yoga, swimming, dancing, or another form of movement that is appropriate for you.

food

Mark one leaf when you consciously make choices that support healthy eating throughout the day. This does not require a perfect day of eating. The goal is to be thoughtful and intentional about your choices based on what healthy eating means for your individual needs.

PICK A HABIT

Choose one specific personal habit that you would like to practice throughout the challenge. Make it clear and measurable so you can easily tell whether you completed it that day.

remember:

Aim for five days per week, but do not worry about being perfect. If you miss a habit or a day, leave that symbol blank and continue when you are ready.
There is no minimum score required to enter the prize drawing. Every eligible participant who submits a scorecard by the deadline will receive one entry, regardless of how many habits they complete.
