Schedule your weekly 1:1 Private Training Sessions

As a part of the You Anew program, you have the opportunity to engage in one weekly 1:1 Private Training session. 

These personalized sessions are tailored to accommodate your individual needs. Your trainer can assist you as you craft and execute customized workouts, identify appropriate versions of exercises for your body, push personal boundaries, and focus on your specific needs and preferences in each session. 

Consistent collaboration with one trainer is beneficial. This way they can deeply get to know your individual needs. Flexibility is also allowed, so you can explore working with a different trainer if you prefer.

When booking each session, be sure to use the personal code that was emailed to you. You can enter it during checkout so that you will get credit for your sessions without being charged again.

Please be aware that we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. You're welcome to reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice for any reason. However, if you cancel or miss a session with less than 24 hours notice, it will still be credited against your account.
