Do your monthly assessment

This quick 10-minute assessment is designed to help you evaluate your strengths and opportunities in resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. Be sure to complete your assessment every month before your Strategy Session with your trainer. Scheduling this into your routine allows you to track your progress throughout the You Anew program—and beyond!

For this assessment you will need:

  • Medium-sized weights

  • A mat

  • Pen and paper to record your performance

  • Optionally, a stable elevated surface such as a wall, bench, or countertop

You can download the “Results Form” to record your results, or just write them down as you go.

When you are finished, submit your results using the button below so your trainers can review your assessment to tailor your program to fit your unique fitness journey.
