Today we explore strategies for preventing injuries during workouts. Moving with awareness and control, particularly at a slower pace, is essential for effectively training the mind and muscles. Valuing rest breaks between reps or sets allows for physical recovery and helps prevent overexertion. Knowing when to push yourself and when to rest is key; use breaks to build strength and avoid pushing beyond your limits, promoting a safe and injury-free exercise experience.
