This is a 25-minute community walk in honor of Women's History Month!
Join us through The Next Fitness Thing's digital platform, guided LIVE by a Certified Personal Trainer Kacey, 9 am Pacific.
Walk in celebration of the women who rock our worlds and all of those who support them. The purpose of this no-pressure walk is to reflect on the past and change the world for the next generation of women.
