MONDAYS:
Music Motivation Walk 25
A class flies by faster with some sweet beats to move to. This 25-minute class guides you to match your cardio pace to the beats-per-minute of each piece of music!
TUESDAYS:
3 Peaks Walk
You're once, twice, three times a race walker - and your heart, lungs, and sweat glands are gonna feel this class! It's 25 minutes that challenges you to three max-paced intervals, with recovery in between each.
WEDNESDAYS:
Never Have I Ever Walk 25
You've earned this no-goal fun walk! Get set to learn more about your fellow Teammates (and your trainer!) as we play our game right in the group chat.
THURSDAYS:
Ramp It Up Walk 25
You'll really accelerate your cardio burn in this 25-minute class. Start off slowly and pick up speed in each segment until we peak at the end and then cool it down. Pace yourself, don't waste yourself!
