Stronger Together with TRX
Stronger Together with TRX is a 4-week home strength challenge using the TRX Suspension Trainer, with 40-minute classes focused on building strength, balance, mobility, and core control through simple, effective movement patterns. Each week is organized around foundational training themes like push/pull, squat & hinge, lunge & balance, core & control, and mobility, so you can consistently practice full-body strength in a structured way without needing a gym or a large set of weights. The program is led by Alexis Craig, Senior TRX Course Instructor, who has taught group TRX since 2009 and has guided thousands of hours of training with thousands of people; she teaches and participates in every session alongside you, offering real-time coaching, modifications, and support so you can move through the workouts at a pace that works for your body.

MONDAY
Push + Pull Strength with TRX – Push + Pull Strength with TRX is your upper body foundation day, built around the key pushing and pulling patterns that show up in everyday strength and movement. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll work through exercises that challenge your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core while building strength and control in a way that feels dynamic and engaging.
TUESDAY
Squat + Hinge Strength with TRX – Squat + Hinge Strength with TRX is your lower body foundation day, focused on the two big movement patterns that power how you sit, stand, lift, and move through life. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll train your legs, glutes, and core through squats and hip hinge patterns that build strength, stability, and control in a way that meets you where you are.
WEDNESDAY
Lunge + Balance Strength with TRX – Lunge + Balance Strength with TRX is your stability and control day, focused on building strength between both sides of your body so you move with more balance and ease. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll work through lunge-based patterns that challenge your legs, glutes, and core while helping you develop coordination, control, and durability in how you move through life.
THURSDAY
Full Body Power with TRX – Full Body Power with TRX is your most dynamic strength day, bringing everything together in a higher-energy workout that challenges your whole body. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll move through powerful, athletic-style patterns that build strength, coordination, and control.
FRIDAY
Mobility Flow with TRX – Mobility Flow with TRX is your reset and restore day, focused on building mobility into your joints and creating strength through a wider range of motion. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll move through controlled, supported patterns that help you explore flexibility, stability, and ease of movement while still staying active and engaged.
