Every class in this 3-week challenge is a fun 25-minute walk. With varying speeds and intensities, this challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Lace up your shoes, embrace the Halloween spirit, and throw down your cardio-boosting steps with us!

Goals Walk 25

In this no-pressure, pace-of-your-choice 25-minute walk, each month we'll help you develop and refine goals for your health and wellness (and/or evaluate your progress toward goals you may already have).

Mondays
Skeleton Stride 25

After a brief warmup, you’re off and stepping for 20 minutes of speed! Best experienced either outdoors or on a treadmill, this class is a great opportunity to challenge your cardio system.

tuesdays
Spooky Sprints 25

You've got the (cardio) power! This 25-minute interval class alternates between pedal-to-the-metal faster intervals and easier recovery ones. Increase your speed and see what your body and mind are made of!

wednesdays
Truth or Dare Walk 25

We've got a whole classload of truths for you to answer and dares for you to take us up on. Otherwise it's a fun no-pressure, no-goal 25-minute walking party!

thursdays
Wicked Walk 25

You'll really accelerate your cardio burn in this 25-minute class. Start off slowly and pick up speed in each segment until we peak at the end and then cool it down. Pace yourself, don't waste yourself!
