Thrive in 30 is a 30-day fitness challenge designed to help you build strength, recover smarter, and have fun moving your body. Follow a daily schedule of workouts from four key categories—strength, walking, recovery, and wildcard—with the flexibility to take each class live or on replay. Stick with the schedule day by day and you’ll build consistency, discover new workout styles, and feel stronger, more energized, and ready to thrive.

Walking

Goals Walk 25 - In this no-pressure, pace-of-your-choice 25-minute walk, each month we'll help you develop and refine goals for your health and wellness (and/or evaluate your progress toward goals you may already have).

Wellness Walk 25 - Experience this 25-minute no-goal walk at your own pace, allowing each step to inspire personal growth and well-being as we explore various wellness topics as we move together.

Endurance Walk 25 - Stamina check! After a brief warmup, this 25-minute class is split into two long walking segments - one at a fast pace and one pushing it to your max. You've got this!

Mindset Monday 25 - Join Kacey for a 25 minute cardio class of your choosing, and take a few moments to start your week off being present and setting your intentions.

Strength

Strength 25 - Total Body - If "strong all over" sounds good to you, then you're in the right place! Bring your weights and a mat and get ready to rock your reps.

Strength & Cardio 25 - Crunched for time? Get your muscle-building reps and your heart-pumping cardio done all in this comprehensive 25-minute class! You'll need weights and a mat.

Strength 25 - Upper & Abs - If "strong all over" sounds good to you, then you're in the right place! Bring your weights and a mat and get ready to rock your reps.

Bodyweight Burn 25 - Top to bottom, side to side - you'll get strong all over in this 25-minute class (and we'll throw in a smidge of cardio too)! All you need is a mat and a good attitude

Strength 25 - Lower & Abs - If "strong all over" sounds good to you, then you're in the right place! Bring your weights and a mat and get ready to rock your reps.

Strength 25 - Upper Body - If "strong all over" sounds good to you, then you're in the right place! Bring your weights and a mat and get ready to rock your reps.

Recovery

Stretch 10 - A break in your day for a quick in-and-out stretching sesh - get on up and get set to unkink, unwind, and be kind to yourself.

Foam Roll & Stretch 25 - Work out that pesky tightness in your body so you can maximize your stretches - you deserve it! Bring a foam roller and a mat.

Yoga 25 - Alexis will demo all of the moves live for a fun 25-minute yoga session! Bring a mat.

Yin Yoga 40 - Join Kacey to fight the Sunday Scaries with 40 minutes of yin yoga. Bring your coziest blankets, blocks, and bolsters/pillows to help you relax as we hold poses for 3-7 minutes to target your body's connective tissues.

Strength & Stretch 25 - This class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility—all in a quick and effective session. Expect a dynamic mix of resistance exercises and deep stretching to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated.


Wildcard

HIIT & Strength 10 - A metabolism-boosting two-fer - part high intensity interval training, part muscle-building strength. It's a quickie, so bring out your A-game for every second!

Pilates 25 - Roll out your mat, settle in on the floor, and get set for a quick but effective Pilates workout! In just 10 minutes you can improve your muscle strength & endurance, posture, and balance.

Barre 25 - Sculpt your upper body and your middle in one barre-based stop! You'll need your 1-2 pound weights and a mat.

Dancio 25 - Dancio is super fun and easy to follow, expect to increase your heart rate and get sweaty in a 25 minute fun-fest!Expect a fusion of dance and cardio moves inspired by pop culture with lots of repetitions to get your cardio feel good fix! Have fun and let go!

Super Sweat Sesh 25 - Alexis will demo all the moves live for a fun 25-minute sweat session! Bring weights and a mat.

Move Your @$$ - Get off the couch and “Move Your @$$” with Alexis in this unapologetically real, late-night strength class! She’s clocking in her own workout—and you’re invited to tag along for the ride. Expect some sweat, laughs, and zero judgment as we lift, push, and curse our way through a workout that doesn’t hold back!

Barre 25 - Arms & Abs - Get sculpted all over in this 25-minute barre-inspired class. You'll need 1-2 pound weights and a mat

Eligibility & Entry

  • One entry per person.

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Entrants must register for and participate in the Step Into Fitness: Walk It Like You Own It Challenge to be eligible to win.

  • You do not need to be a paid monthly or annual member of The Next Fitness Thing to participate.

How to Participate

  • Complete the daily challenge by responding to the “Own Your X” prompt each day (via photo, video, or text).

  • Post your response on our social media channels and tag us:
    Facebook and Instagram - @thenextfitnessthing TikTok - @nextfitnessthing

  • By tagging us, you permit us to reshare your content on our social channels and website.

  • For each day you post and tag us, you earn 1 point, up to a maximum of 12 points total.

  • No extra points are awarded for multiple posts per day.

Scorecard Submission

  • Track your participation using the challenge scorecard.

  • Submit your completed scorecard by Sunday, June 29 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

  • Submit your scorecard HERE.

Winner Selection

  • The entrant who collects the most points wins. In case of a tie, the winner will be chosen by random drawing.

  • Winner will be notified by email.
