This one-week challenge helps you kick off a healthy 2025 with a 25-minute class Monday thru Thursday. We’ll mix things up with a challenging new class and the return of a popular fun-and-games class.

Classes in this challenge

MONDAY 1/13 : Speed Walk 25

In this 25-minute cardio class, we set you off with a warmup and then you'll bust out two 10-minute faster segments with a brief recovery between them.

TUESDAYS 1/14 : 3 Peaks Walk

You're once, twice, three times a race walker - and your heart, lungs, and sweat glands are gonna feel this class! It's 25 minutes that challenges you to three max-paced intervals, with recovery in between each.

WEDNESDAY 1/15 : Rhyming Ramble 25

A fun 25-minute game class! As you move at your cardio pace of choice, we'll play a rhyming word game that's sure to keep you guessing.

THURSDAY 1/16 : Tabata Walk 25

Tabatas are short bursts of high intensity followed by a brief recovery. Get used to them - you'll have lots to push through in this 25-minute heart-pumper!
