two weeks to keep you moving

We kick things off on Monday, October 26 at 8:30 AM Pacific!

For two weeks, we’ll walk together, learn a little, try some new things, and figure out what actually helps us keep our healthy habits going when the seasons change. Join the classes live or catch the replays when it works for you. The goal is simply to keep moving, stay connected, and head into the colder months feeling good about the habits you’re building.

WORKOUTS IN THIS CHALLENGE

WEEK 1 - October 26 to 29

MONDAY, OCTOBER 26

DAY 1 - Pulse Pounder 25: The Science of Seasonal Transitions

The seasons are changing, and so are our routines! Today we're talking about how changes in daylight, temperature, and weather can affect our energy, mood, and healthy habits. Meanwhile, we'll get our hearts pumping with some challenging walking intervals. You choose how hard to push, and we'll finish with a short sprint to kick off our Season Shifts Walking Challenge!

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27

DAY 2 - 3 Peaks Walk 25: What Nature Teaches Us About Seasonal Change

Nature is pretty good at adapting to the seasons. What can we learn from it? Today we'll explore how plants and animals respond to seasonal changes and what that might teach us about adjusting our own routines. We'll also tackle three challenging walking intervals with recovery in between. Three peaks, plenty of interesting conversation, and a great workout!

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28

DAY 3 - Endurance Walk 25: Give Your Evening Routine a Seasonal Update

The sun is setting earlier, but that doesn't mean our day has to be over! Let's talk about ways to adjust our evening routines as daylight hours shrink, including sleep, movement, meals, and winding down. We'll build our walking endurance with two longer segments, one at a fast pace and another pushing toward your max. Let's make the most of those shorter days!

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29

DAY 4 - Path to Progression 25: Weatherproof Your Workout Routine

Cold mornings, rainy days, and early sunsets can make it tempting to skip a workout. Today we're sharing practical ways to keep moving when the weather isn't cooperating. We'll gradually increase our walking pace through progressive intervals, building strength and stamina as we go. Let's come up with some backup plans to keep us active all winter!

WEEK 2 - NOVEMber 2 to 5

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2

DAY 5 - Pulse Pounder 25: The Daylight Saving Time Hangover

Did that extra hour of sleep actually make you feel more rested? The clocks just changed, and today we're talking about what that does to our internal clocks, sleep patterns, and energy levels. We'll also get our hearts and lungs working with challenging walking intervals, finishing with a short sprint. Let's shake off that time change together!

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3

DAY 6 - 3 Peaks Walk 25: Make the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice

What if keeping up with our healthy habits didn't have to take so much willpower? Today we're talking about simple changes we can make to our homes, schedules, and routines that make healthy choices easier. We'll tackle three max-paced walking intervals with recovery in between while sharing ideas for setting ourselves up for success as winter approaches.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4

DAY 7 - Endurance Walk 25: What to Do When Motivation Disappears

Some days you just don't feel like moving, especially when it's cold and dark outside! Today we're talking about what to do when motivation is nowhere to be found and how to keep our healthy habits going without relying on willpower alone. We'll challenge our stamina with two longer walking segments, one fast and one pushing toward your max. Remember, you get to decide what your max looks like today!

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5

DAY 8 - Path to Progression 25: The Difference Between Goals and Systems

Goals are great, but what helps us actually follow through? For our final Season Shifts walk, we're talking about the difference between setting goals and creating routines that make those goals easier to reach. We'll gradually build our walking pace through progressive intervals while reflecting on what we've learned over the past two weeks. Let's finish strong and head into winter with some healthy habits we can stick with!
