Kick-off 2025 in The Next Fitness Thing style! On January 1st at 12 PM Pacific, lace up your sneakers and get ready for a 55-minute cardio party that will set the tone for an incredible year ahead.
You can walk, run or do any kind of cardio you like. We will join together on zoom with our cameras off, and get in our first walking or running workout of 2025 together.
Led by Alexis Craig, Certified Personal Trainer, this energizing session is designed to inspire movement, connection, and intention. Bring your New Year’s resolutions to share with the group for some fun accountability—or craft meaningful intentions on the spot as we sweat together.
