Pumpkin spice overnight oats

Surprise Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (check label for added sugars or 1 Cup vanilla protein powder and a splash more of milk)

  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • 4 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 2.5 Tbsp pumpkin pie syrup from last week or maple syrup and:

  • Spices if not using syrup:

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

INGREDIENTS:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. Divide out into 4 glass containers and cover. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. If you try the cold oats and decide they are not for you, try heating in the microwave in 30 second intervals and allow to cool slightly before eating.
