Confidence is contagious! Bring your beautiful, unique body to this 3-week walking challenge. Our topics will focus on loving yourself in the skin you're in. One lucky participant will win a 1:1 training or coaching session with TNFT, and all cardio levels are welcome!

MONDAYS: Your cardio task is to adapt to ever-increasing paces over 25 minutes, as our in-class discussion focuses on enhancing your adaptability to roll with whatever changes life throws at you.

TUESDAYS: We'll guide you to be proud of each and every step forward you take (both in and out of your challenge walks) while you push through two long segments of increasing pace.

Eligibility & Entry

  • One entry per person.

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Entrants must register for and participate in the Step Into Fitness: Walk It Like You Own It Challenge to be eligible to win.

  • You do not need to be a paid monthly or annual member of The Next Fitness Thing to participate.

How to Participate

  • Complete the daily challenge by responding to the “Own Your X” prompt each day (via photo, video, or text).

  • Post your response on our social media channels and tag us:
    Facebook and Instagram - @thenextfitnessthing TikTok - @nextfitnessthing

  • By tagging us, you permit us to reshare your content on our social channels and website.

  • For each day you post and tag us, you earn 1 point, up to a maximum of 12 points total.

  • No extra points are awarded for multiple posts per day.

Scorecard Submission

  • Track your participation using the challenge scorecard.

  • Submit your completed scorecard by Sunday, June 29 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

  • Submit your scorecard HERE.

Winner Selection

  • The entrant who collects the most points wins. In case of a tie, the winner will be chosen by random drawing.

  • Winner will be notified by email.

  • By participating, you agree to assume all responsibility for your own health and safety.

  • You agree to hold The Next Fitness Thing and its associates harmless from any losses, injuries, or liabilities that may arise in connection with this program.
