This progressive program is designed for managing the demands of daily life - from handling financial pressures to sitting behind the computer for extended periods of time to going for a walk around the block. Ritvik, our resident yogi and mindfulness trainer, introduces a grounded approach to various meditation practices, including posture and gratitude. Join us for this calming experience and allow yourself to become a gentler, more balanced person.

This challenge is completely on replay, so you can take the classes in any order you like.

Welcome to this meditation on posture. In this class, we're focusing on our body's posture as it relates to sitting tall. The many different parts of this body will be navigated as we explore our posture from head to toe.

Welcome to this meditation on breathing. In this class, we'll explore the profundity of the breath and really get into some dynamic inhales and exhales. Enjoy this experience for an awesome start or end to your day.
