The battle begins! This class gives you 55 minutes to chart a course to crush this 5k (3.1 miles). Clarify where you're starting from and take advantage of room to improve over the course of our training program.
TUESDAYS:
ππΎββοΈβοΈ Rebel Run 25
Your week blasts off with fast cardio intervals that get shorter as class progresses, so try to go harder as those lengths decrease. Save some fuel in your tank for the finish - you'll need it!
THURSDAYS:
ππΎββοΈβοΈ Starfighter Stride 25
Escape from the cardio dark side with this 25-minute class that assigns you longer intervals - half fast-paced and half recovery - to help you gain stamina, which you'll need lots of during your weekend endurance class.
SATURDAYS:
ππΎββοΈβοΈ Alliance Endurance 40 / 55
Looking to nail your long-distance cardio? This class will help you - it's your only hope. Set your pace to get accustomed to building speed each week as our final event gets closer.
SATURDAY OR SUNDAY 5/5:
ππΎββοΈβοΈ May the 4th Be With You 5K
Happy May the 4th - it all comes down to this! You have 55 minutes to turn on your hyperdrive and bust out your final 5k (3.1 miles). Your TNFT community will be the force cheering you on to victory!
These classes can be taken LIVE throughout the day and replays will be available as well.
We begin on Saturday, March 30th and will end on May 5th.
