Based in Morgan Hill, California, Mary Lineen is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC) with a deep passion for empowering people to take control of their wellness through strength training, personalized nutrition, and sustainable habits. With additional credentials in peri- and menopause wellness and ongoing education in applied nutritional coaching, Mary brings a well-rounded, science-backed, and compassionate approach to every client interaction. She specializes in strength training, mobility, and cross-training, helping her clients feel strong, supported, and successful—both inside and out.

Mary’s approach to health is rooted in balance, personalization, and real-life practicality. She doesn’t believe in extreme methods or quick fixes—instead, she focuses on helping people build routines that are sustainable and empowering. With a personal journey that includes years of trying different workouts, facing challenges with weight loss and hormones, and learning the importance of grace and patience, Mary knows what it’s like to be on the path of transformation. She draws from this lived experience to guide others with empathy, understanding, and zero judgment.

Since earning her first credential in 2017, Mary has worked with clients of all ages—primarily women between the ages of 30 and 70—helping them shift their mindset, improve their physical strength and endurance, and rediscover confidence in their own skin. Her classes are known for being inclusive, form-focused, and encouraging, always emphasizing that it’s "you vs. you" and progress over perfection. Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or looking to reignite motivation, Mary offers a space where you’ll feel challenged, seen, and celebrated.

Mary is driven by a bigger mission: to help people define their own version of health and happiness. She believes that fitness should feel good—not like a punishment or competition. Whether she’s coaching someone through a strength workout, supporting a client’s nutrition plan, or simply holding space for someone to rediscover their spark, Mary brings warmth, honesty, and unwavering support. When she’s not training clients, she enjoys walking in the sunshine, listening to EDM and 80s music, and spending time with her husband of 20 years, their daughter Saydee, and their two beloved dogs, Harley and Zeus.
