As we step toward spring, we'll help put a spring in your step! Walk with us four days a week (Monday-Thursday) throughout this challenging and fun 3-week series. All classes are 25 minutes long - bring out your cardio best with us, and play our Scavenger Hunt Walk 25 to win an awesome TNFT prize!

Classes in this challenge
MONDAYS:
Power Walk 25
After a brief warmup, you’re off and stepping for 20 minutes of speed! Best experienced either outdoors or on a treadmill, this class is a great opportunity to challenge your cardio system.
TUESDAYS:
Double Peak Walk 25
Dual challenges! For this 25-minute walking class, we'll start you off slowly, work up in pace to a pyramid peak, and work back down the pyramid to give you some recovery time. Then, good news - you get to do it all over again!
WEDNESDAYS:
Scavenger Hunt Walk 25
Move at your own pace and play along seeking various items on your journey! All you need for this 25-minute class is your phone and its camera.
THURSDAYS:
2:1 Interval Walk 25
This 25-minute walk features intervals of varying paces - push yourself for a few minutes, recover, repeat!

One entry per person.
Entrant must be over 18 years of age.
Shipping of prize only available to US locations.
Entrant must register for and participate in the Step Into Fitness March On Challenge to be eligible.
Entrant need not be an annual or monthly member of The Next Fitness Thing.
Deadline for scorecard submission is Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT.
In the event of a tie, winner will be chosen by random drawing.
Maximum of 4 points available per day. Maximum of 32 points total available in the challenge.
No extra points for additional postings. Photos taken in class as well as taken from camera roll are eligible.
Original photos only. Copyrighted material will not be accepted.
Explicit, profane or illegal photos will not be accepted and may disqualify entrant from further participation.
Entrant assumes all liabilities and agrees to hold The Next Fitness Thing and its associates harmless from any losses or injuries related to this program.
