GET STARTED:
Make Your Way Baseline 40 (All Access)
Start here! We kick off our 5k challenge with this 40-minute walk/run - you'll establish a baseline time heading for that 3.1-mile distance, and that helps you track your progress over the following 5 weeks. This event is All Access, open to everyone.
WEEKDAYS:
Tempo 25
This 25-minute class calls for you to keep a sustained cardio pace that's slightly slower than the pace of your most recent walk/run. Remember to keep track of your stats in your training journal!
WEEKDAYS:
Intervals 25
Every week, this 25-minute class increases your work-to-recovery ratio to help build both your cardio speed and stamina. We're here to motivate you to run a bit more and walk a bit less as you monitor your progress!
WEEKENDS:
Long Walk / Run 40
Get set to open it up and go the distance in this extended walk/run class! You'll strive to increase your distance and staying power from week to week.
THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM:
Cooldown Stretch
A quick round of post-workout recovery based on the floor/ground - grab your mat and a small ball.

Make Your Way to 5k Event Day
It's the moment you've been training for - this 55-minute class is your time to shine! You'll combine all that you've worked on for the past 5 weeks of our challenge to crush your 5k (3.1 miles) and celebrate your success at the finish line, with your TNFT trainers and community to cheer you on.
