January Jumpstart Challenge
January Jumpstart is a 4-week fitness challenge designed to help you start the year feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body. You’ll follow a clear weekly plan that blends strength, walking, recovery, and fun wildcard workouts—with the flexibility to choose which day you take each class and the option to join live or on replay. With about 25–40 minutes of movement most days, January Jumpstart helps you build real consistency without burnout, so you can kick off the year with momentum that actually lasts.

Walking
Brain Teaser Walk 40 – Work your body and your brain all at once! Join this fun 40-minute walk at whatever pace you choose, and play along with our brain-teasing trivia game.
Book Club Walk 40 – Join in a recap and discussion of the monthly featured book. No matter how you like diving into stories - physical book, ebook, or audiobook - you’re welcome. We'll cover a wide range of genres and create a space that offers everyone something and maybe encourages you to try something new.
Speed Walk 25 – This 25-minute class is a fast-paced walk designed to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance without running. Expect purposeful intervals, strong posture cues, and motivating energy to keep you moving with intention. Perfect for all levels, this workout delivers a powerful sweat while staying low impact.
Wellness Walk 25 – Experience this 25-minute no-goal walk at your own pace, allowing each step to inspire personal growth and well-being as we explore various wellness topics as we move together.

Bodyweight Burn 25 – Top to bottom, side to side—you'll get strong all over in this 25-minute class (and we'll throw in a smidge of cardio too)! All you need is a mat and a good attitude.
Booty Band Strength & Cardio 25 – This 25-minute class combines glute-focused strength using a booty band with energizing cardio intervals for a full-body burn. You’ll build lower-body strength, increase endurance, and elevate your heart rate in a fast-paced, efficient workout. Expect to sweat, feel the burn, and finish feeling strong and energized.
HIIT 10 – Get set to sweat up a storm in this quick high-intensity interval training class!
HIIT & Abs 10 – Your max high-intensity interval training cardio work, with a dash of core strengthening too!
HIIT & Arms 10 – It's a sweaty, heavy-breathing high-intensity interval training workout with an added upper-body strength boost. Grab your weights!

Kickboxing 25 – Unleash your power with Kickboxing 25, a fast-paced 25-minute class that combines punches, kicks, and cardio bursts. Build strength, coordination, and endurance while torching calories. Finish energized, empowered, and ready to take on anything.
LIIT 25 – Wanna burn fat and strengthen your cardio system without jumping or hopping? This class is a sweaty total-body workout, and to save wear & tear on your joints it's low impact (not necessarily low intensity!)

Eligibility & Entry
Participants must be 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Your completed January Jumpstart Challenge Scorecard serves as your official entry into the contest.
About the Challenge
January Jumpstart is a 4-week fitness challenge designed to help you build strength, recover smarter, and have fun moving your body. Participants follow a daily schedule of workouts across four categories: strength, walking, recovery, and wildcard. All classes may be taken live or on replay, providing flexibility while supporting daily consistency.
How to Earn Points
Consistency is the goal—and you can earn points each day for showing up and engaging with the community.
Maximum of 4 points per day:
1 point – Complete the daily workout.
1 point – Post a photo or video of your favorite move or a sweaty selfie publicly to your Instagram or Facebook Stories (not in the private Facebook group) and tag @thenextfitnessthing.
1 point – Reply to the daily prompt on Discord.
1 point – Like and comment on any TNFT YouTube video.
Track your points daily on your scorecard.
By tagging The Next Fitness Thing on social media, you grant permission for TNFT to reshare your content on its channels and website.
Scorecard Submission
All completed scorecards must be submitted by February 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Winner Selection
The participant with the highest total point score will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by random drawing. The winner will be notified via email.
Prize Details
The winner will receive a 1:1 strategy session with a TNFT Trainer, offering personalized support to help you continue building strength, confidence, and momentum.
