MONDAYS:

 Monday Mojo 25

It's all low-impact cardio, all the time! Get prepped to sweat with some heavy-breathing heart-pounding moves that will spare you from pounding on your lower body joints. Bring a mat!

WEDNESDAYS:

Wednesday Weights 25

To really "fire up" your metabolism, you need resistance training - and we've got some for you here! Of course you'll still have lots of low-impact cardio fun too. You'll need your challenging-but-doable weights and a mat for this one.

FRIDAYS:

Friday Fire 25

Low-impact cardio good times, now new and improved with a Tabata-style burner round at the end of each half of class! That means max effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of recovery - be ready with your mat and your water bottle!

SATURDAYS (blaze & inferno MEMBERS):

Sweet Slow Stretch 25
