Do you struggle to hit your daily hydration goal? Or maybe you’re not sure how much water you should consume each day? Whether you’re a water aficionado or can’t seem to drink enough, let’s celebrate hydration day by looking at our daily intake to help better understand our individualized needs.
This summer let’s track our intake for 1 week to get a better understanding of how much water we drink (or eat) daily, and how we can improve. Join today to receive a fun coloring book style tracking sheet to help you maximize your hydration.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
Eligibility & Entry
Must be 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. Your completed Hydration Tracker Summary Sheet is your official entry into the contest.
How to Participate
Track your water intake daily for 7 consecutive days using the Daily Hydration Tracking Sheets.
After completing all 7 days, transfer your data to the Hydration Tracker Summary Sheet and submit it via the official form to be entered into a random drawing.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Submission Deadline
All summary sheets must be submitted by Sunday, August 4 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Late entries will not be counted.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email.
By submitting your entry, you agree that The Next Fitness Thing may share anonymized or general insights from the data for community encouragement and education.
Prize Details
