Walking Challenge

We give thanks to our TNFT Teammates for all of your support, and we invite you to practice gratitude in your life too. All classes in this 3-week challenge are 25 minutes and run Monday thru Thursday - some are tough and others are low-key, but all will focus on acknowledging the positive things in your life.

All levels are welcome!

Mindful Monday Walk 25

In this no-pressure, pace-of-your-choice 25-minute walk, we'll provide you with the knowledge to help you focus on all of the things - big and small - that you have to be grateful for.


Tune in TuesDAY Walk 25

As we guide you through this 25-minute Pyramid Walk (reaching a peak mid-class), we'll discuss tuning into your body, mind, and spirit to keep you on track for wellness as the holidays approach.


Wellness Wednesday Walk 25

As you move your body in this 25-minute Endurance Walk class, our discussion centers around your thoughts and emotions as the holidays draw near.

Thankful Thursday Walk 25

This 25-minute no-goal walk is all about expressing our gratitude! Join your community and share what you're grateful for in your life.

Get your move on before you sit down to enjoy your Thanksgiving! This 25-minute event is appropriate for all fitness levels and all cardio paces, and we invite you to bring your family and holiday guests for the fun.
