Walking Challenge
We give thanks to our TNFT Teammates for all of your support, and we invite you to practice gratitude in your life too. All classes in this 2-week challenge are 25 minutes and run Monday thru Thursday - some are tough and others are low-key, but all will focus on acknowledging the positive things in your life.

In this no-pressure, pace-of-your-choice 25-minute walk, we'll provide you with the knowledge to help you focus on all of the things - big and small - that you have to be grateful for.
Seasons of Change
Embrace the flow of transformation in this 25-minute Pyramid Walk. The pace rises gradually to a mid-class peak before returning to ease, mirroring the natural rhythm of growth, release, and renewal. A walk to honor the beauty of transition and the wisdom found in change.

Celebrate the season of plenty with a class that mirrors nature’s abundance. In this 25-minute Double Peak Walk, you’ll climb two strong peaks separated by a brief recovery. It’s a reminder of balance — effort and rest, giving and receiving — and of the abundance that sustains us all.
Thank You, Body
A love letter to your body and all it makes possible. This 25-minute Tabata-style class alternates short, powerful bursts of intensity with quick recoveries. Strength, endurance, and gratitude come together in motion — celebrating the resilience and power of the body you live in.

This endurance walk honors the strength of those who came before you. Two long working segments challenge stamina and focus, symbolizing the perseverance carried through generations. A powerful tribute to lineage, resilience, and the stories that live on through your steps.
We Walk Together
Connection takes center stage in this energizing Speed Walk. Two strong work segments with a brief recovery between them capture the pulse of shared effort and mutual support. A dynamic reminder that we rise higher when we move as one.

Shine from Within
A celebration of the light that guides and inspires. This 25-minute interval walk alternates between two minutes of push and one minute of recovery, reflecting the balance of illumination and rest. Feel renewed as you move through cycles of brightness and calm, honoring both the outer and inner light.

Close your Walking with Gratitude journey with purpose and anticipation. This 25-minute progression walk builds intensity in steady five-minute segments with recovery along the way. A powerful finish that honors where you’ve been and opens your stride to what’s ahead.
