What is Find Your Flow?
Find Your Flow: 30 Days of Yoga Discovery is a collaborative online yoga experience designed to help people discover the incredible diversity of yoga—and the teacher, style, and practice that resonates most with them.
Unlike traditional yoga challenges that feature a single instructor or one style of practice, Find Your Flow brings together 30 Featured Teachers, each offering a unique class and perspective. From energizing flows and strength-building practices to restorative movement, breathwork, meditation, chair yoga, and everything in between, participants are invited to explore the many paths that yoga has to offer.
Purpose of the challenge
The Next Fitness Thing (TNFT) is an inclusive online fitness and wellness community that helps adults build strength, confidence, and healthier lives through expert-led movement and supportive connection.
Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Many are looking for a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they can explore movement without pressure to look, move, or perform a certain way. Whether someone is brand new to yoga or has practiced for years, our goal is to help them feel supported, encouraged, and empowered.

By introducing participants to a variety of instructors and approaches, we hope to remove the intimidation that often surrounds yoga and inspire people to build a sustainable practice that supports their body, mind, and lifestyle.
How the challenge works
Participants purchase access to Find Your Flow: 30 Days of Yoga Discovery and receive one new featured class each day for 30 days. Each class is taught by a different Featured Teacher, giving participants the opportunity to experience a wide variety of teaching styles, philosophies, and practices.
Following the initial launch, the complete collection remains available as an evergreen program, allowing new participants to begin the journey at any time while continuing to introduce students to our Featured Teachers.
