You are invited to celebrate strength, inclusion, and community at TNFT’s Disability Pride Workout Fundraiser—a high-energy, 25-minute virtual workout led by Certified Personal Trainer, Alexis Craig. Join us for a feel-good sweat session that’s made for every body.

Whether you’re seated, standing, rolling, or reclined—this workout meets you where you are. Get ready for upbeat music, accessible moves, and empowering vibes as we come together to honor Disability Pride Month.

This workout is completely free to join, and you will learn about and be invited to support BORP, an amazing organization that offers sports and recreation for all.

The Bay (Area) Outreach Recreational Program (BORP) empowers youth and adults with mobility and vision disabilities through sports, fitness, and recreational programs that foster independence, health, community, and a sense of belonging.
