MONDAYS:
Kickboxing Basics 25
This 25-minute cardio class breaks down foundational kickboxing moves and gets you accustomed to building them into combinations. Grab your water bottle and get set to bust some stress and have a great time doing so!
WEDNESDAYS:
Combo Commotion 25
In this 25-minute class, we take the foundational cardio kickboxing moves from our previous class and build them out into longer combinations - challenging your body and mind all at once. Don't forget your water bottle - you'll need it!
FRIDAYS:
Punch, Kick & Lift 25
For this 25-minute class, you'll split your time between mastering your cardio kickboxing moves and then strengthening the muscles that help you perform those moves even better! Please bring weights, a mat, and of course your water bottle.

Saved By the Stretch 25
