MONDAYS:

Your glutes, legs, and hips are the foundation that carries you through life - so let's get them good and strong! For this 25-minute class, please bring weights, a mat or stable elevated surface, and a looped resistance band if you have one.

WEDNESDAYS:

💪🏻🍑 Ultimate Upper Body 25

A strong upper body helps you carry groceries, handle luggage on a trip, and so much more. Let's give 'em a boost in this 25-minute class - you'll need weights, a mat or stable elevated surface, and (if you have one) a looped resistance band.

FRIDAYS:

💪🏻🍑 Cardio Core Harmony 25

Your core is where the vast majority of your movements originate. Time to make your abs, back, and hips stronger with weights and a mat (or stable elevated surface). We'll slip in some fat-blasting low-impact cardio too!

SATURDAYS (SILVER & GOLD MEMBERS):

💪🏻🍑 Limber Longer Stretch 25

For our Silver and Gold-level participants, this 25-minute bonus stretch class will help improve your flexibility and bring you some much-deserved TLC. Have a mat ready to go, and enjoy!

These classes can be taken LIVE and replays will be available as well.
